T.S.S has been developing and supplying denim fabric since 1984 lead by a founder who was contributed establishing denim manufacturing in Japan in early 60’s.  Textile development is core of our company and we keep moving forward to create the original and the best quality textiles with our knowledge, experience, study of new technology.

We create wide variety of denim from rugged vintage denim to high fashion denim. For vintage inspired denim, we sometimes take old vintage piece apart to study the yarn, dyeing and weaving and re-create them with new technic for more uniqueness and durability. For the high fashion denim, we create denim based on our study of market needs and analysis of fashion trends.

Choosing yarns are key of denim creation. The result changes dramatically depending on the choice of warp and yarn, slub charactors, dyeing method and yarn count.

Selvedge denim are woven on old shuttle looms that create “imperfect” denim since they are not computerized machines. But that gives denim the uniqueness and rugged feeling to it.  Controlling the imperfection is hardest part of this process.

After weaving, the fabric go through finishing process such as sanforized, skewing, singeing and cut and then rolled. We stock our original fabric for quick response to consumer needs.
