Being in textile business over 20 years, we use the experiences and knowledge into garment productions. Good combination of material, construction and washing make good Jeans and work clothing. We have been working as a team with mills, sewing factories and washing factories in local area, Okayama, the denim capital of the world. This is our commitment to pay attention to small details and assemble right team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our denim expert will assist you to turn your imaginations into actual garments or even better. There is a wide variety of textile to choose from, we have prepared a lot of washed samples and garment samples that make you to imagine final product.
Once design is confirmed, our in-house pattern maker who specialize in jeans and work wear patterns will create a pattern. Then our production control staff will make necessary arrangements for sample productions.
Sewing is one of the most important process. We use old and new sewing machines for specific purposes.
Wasting process is essential for denim creation nowadays. This process expands the design possibility of jeans. As a textile developer, we can find perfect match of textile and washing process.
